Confit de Canard - Sandwich

This is a luxurious version of a sandwich, but is really easy to make!

You will need the following


4 pieces of bread suitable for a great sandwich (each 13cm/5'' long)
2 pieces of confit de canard
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp black truffle sauce
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
1 ball of mozzarella
Some green stuff, I used a mix of baby leaves of lollo rosso, red chard, tatsol and arugula

First of all mix mayonnaise and black truffle sauce, then pick the meat of the confit and heat it on moderate heat, meanwhile prepare the rest of the items; slice the onion, tomato and mozzarella, and rinse and dry the lettuce.

Split open the bread and smear both side with a little black truffle mayo, place come lettuce-mix, then some confit de canard, add some tomato slices, top those with some onion rings and finish off with a couple of slices of mozzarella.

That is it; eat it already!!
