This salad is great as a lunch, or as a crowdpleasing starter!
Ingredients per person: 1 juicy peach 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella A handful of mint A few slices of prosciutto Mixed green salad 1 lemon
Start by rubbing the peach skin and peel it off from the bottom, then cut it in quarters. Then break the mozzarella into smaller pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients as well as a squirt of lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and mix carefully with your hands. Serve immediately.
