Stone Age Bread without flour

Ingredients

100 g Pumpkin seeds
100 g Sunflower seeds
100 g Almonds
100 g Walnuts
100 g Lin seeds
100 g Sesame seeds
5 Eggs
1 dl Oil
2 teaspoon Salt

How to make Stone Age Bread:

  1. Chop the almonds and walnuts.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. The batter is poured into a greased baking pan. (It's a good idea to use the same oil as you used in the batter to grease the pan).

  4. Pres the batter down into the baking pan. (It's a good idea to use your fingers).

  5. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 160 degress for 1 hour.

If you like your bread a little sweet, you can easily add 2 spoons of liquid honey.

Simple and easy to make.

hi Closet, im new to Pabular and this was the first recipe I looked at, mainly because of the name. Do you know how it got its name, or is it as simple as "this is how they made bread in the stone age" It looks and sounds great, think I'll give it a go, cheers Crustloaf
