This is one of this childhood dishes. My Yaya (grandma) Conchita use to prepare it so we would also eat some hardcore veggies regularly. Of course no kid in this planet likes brussel sprouts, but this actually changed it all for me.
Clean and steam Brussel sprouts until just soft Cut in half lenghtwise Heat some oil in pan Fry jamon until crip Add Garlic Place sprout flat on pan to golden Toss and turn gently until browned and yummy looking Serve on plate and sprinkle a bit with Extra Virgin and salt.
