This scallion dipping sauce can be used for most of the Korean (and other asian) dishes you make that calls for a fluid to dip stuff in :-)
It is extremely easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator until you need it again. We eat a lot of Korean food so we always have a jar in the refrigerator.
You will need the following
Start out by slicing the scallions thinly and then mix everything in a bowl, and that is actually it, you are ready to dip!
Store the remaining sauce in a jar or another airtight container in the fridge.
