Teriyaki Sauce


130g Soy sauce
130ml chicken stock
25g lemongrass
10g ginger
200g caster sugar
130g honey

Start out by squashing the ginger and the lemongrass with the back of a knife, to let all the flavours out. In a pot over medium heat, mix the chicken stock, soy sauce, sugar, honey, ginger and lemongrass. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, pass through a sieve and store.

Serves: 1 big jar
