This is a lovely earthy meaty recipe that I love. You can serve it with rice or some warm naan and even a little salad!
Turn on the oven to 180C.
Crush all the spices and the garlic in a pestle and mortar until even. Put the yoghurt into a mixing bowl and add the spice mixture and mix well. Put the lamb steaks into the spicy yoghurt mixture and massage well. Leave to marinade for an hour or so.
Place the lamb with the marinade still clinging to it onto an ovenproof tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until done.
Serve with either rice or naan. Enjoy
